Bayline IT Solutions is an independent, owner-operated consultancy helping Bay Area businesses modernize their infrastructure, defend against cyber threats, and get more out of Microsoft 365, Azure, and everyday tools their teams already use.
Every engagement is led by a principal consultant. You get direct phone access, plain-English recommendations, and documentation you can actually read.
Proactive monitoring, patch management, and helpdesk for 5–150 seat businesses across the Bay Area.
Endpoint protection, phishing simulations, MFA rollouts, and incident response tuned to CIS Controls v8.
Tenant setup, SharePoint migrations, Intune device management, and cost optimization on Azure.
Immutable backups with tested restore procedures. RTO/RPO defined per business unit, not per vendor sheet.
Meraki, Fortinet and Ubiquiti deployments for offices, warehouses, and multi-site retail.
Readiness reviews for HIPAA, PCI-DSS, and CCPA — with a documented remediation plan.
We aren't reselling a stack we're contractually locked into. Every recommendation is chosen because it fits your budget, your team, and the regulatory environment you actually operate in.
A 30-minute call. We ask about pain, growth plans, and what "good" looks like for your team.
Two-week onsite & remote audit of infrastructure, security posture, and licensing.
Prioritized roadmap plus quick wins in the first 30 days. You approve before we touch anything.
Ongoing managed services, quarterly business reviews, and an annual security tabletop.
“Bayline replaced three separate vendors we'd stacked over five years. Support tickets went from 40 a week to under ten, and we finally have documentation.”
“They walked us through a HIPAA readiness review without turning it into a scary sales pitch. Straightforward and reasonably priced.”
“The Azure cost review paid for the whole engagement in the first month. Bobby's a straight shooter — rare in this industry.”
Yes — most of our clients are within a 45-mile radius (San Francisco, Berkeley, Emeryville, Alameda, Walnut Creek, Hayward). We also support remote-first teams anywhere in California.
Our sweet spot is 5 to 150 employees. Below five, an off-the-shelf managed service is usually cheaper. Above 150, we can still help with project work but you likely need an internal IT lead too.
Managed services are billed as a flat monthly retainer based on user and device count. Project work is fixed-fee after the assessment stage. No hidden hourly surprises.
We can procure on your behalf at cost plus a small handling fee, or you can buy direct and we'll deploy it. Your choice — we're vendor-neutral.
Yes, we carry general liability and cyber liability insurance. Certificates available on request.
No pushy sales calls, no obligation. Just a 30-minute conversation about where your IT is today and where it needs to go.
